RETURN & REFUND
At RADBEAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please take a moment to review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Unfortunately, we do not offer any return services at the moment. Once goods are sold, they are strictly non refundable or exchangeable. Except:
- The products you received are not consistent with what you purchased.
- The quantity of product you received does not match the quantity you purchased.
- The product is damaged, faded, deformed, or defective before you receive it or open the package.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ensure that all original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic returns (within Malaysia), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- International returns, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Please contact us to check if the desired replacement is available.
- If available, return the original item following the steps outlined in our return process, and we will ship the new item after receiving the original one.
- Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number, unboxing video, and a photo of the damaged item.
- Please provide your order number and any relevant tracking information when contacting us.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping costs, if applicable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, and you may need to follow our return policy.
