  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please check during checkout if your country is available for delivery.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Domestic Shipping (Malaysia): Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days for West Malaysia and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local postal services. Estimated delivery time is between 7-14 business days for most countries.
